EU Health Policies
This course aims to introduce EU citizens and those who are interested, in EU Health Policies.
The course consists of five units:

- Unit 1 outlines the patients' rights in cross-border healthcare.
- Unit 2 describes the journey of medicines from research and development to patients.
- Unit 3 provides a brief description of the EU's readiness in combatting serious cross-border health threats.
- Unit 4 discusses cancer, tobacco, and the promotion of good health.
- Unit 5 provides an overview of the availability and safety of blood within the EU.
At the end of each unit, there is a test of knowledge in order to help you consolidate the content that was covered in each unit as well as highlight important points to remember.

Thal e-Course for Patients
The Expert Patients' Programme aims to empower patients with thalassaemia across the world to acquire a better understanding about their disease, thus aspiring to help them become able to participate meaningfully in decision-making concerning their medical and other care. The core component of the Programme is the development of the patients’ knowledge to a level where they are able to do this, through provision of reliable quality information and training.

Sickle Cell Disease Course for Patients, Families and Carers
This course aims to offer informational material and practical guidance to parents of children with sickle cell disease, and patients who themselves have the condition.
- Module 1 gives a broad introduction.
- Module 2 outlines the clinical problems which can arise in people who have the condition, and some key management points.
- Module 3 pulls together different treatment options which are currently, or are becoming, available at least in some countries.
